Notary Service

Minerva Public Library offers free public notary service as part of our commitment to serving our community. Notary service is available during regular library hours when a notary is on duty.

Appointments are required and must be scheduled in advance. Library notaries provide basic notary services only.

Library notaries are qualified employees acting in their individual capacity as notaries commissioned by the Ohio Secretary of State. Notaries reserve the right to refuse service.
