Library Assistant (Part-Time, Youth Services)

Minerva Public Library is hiring a part-time Library Assistant to join our Youth Services team. This position focuses on serving children, tweens, and teens through reader's advisory, reference help, and technology assistance, as well as helping plan and assist with youth programming, maintaining collections, and supporting circulation services. A high school diploma and experience working with young people are required. This position is scheduled for 20 to 29 hours per week, with evenings and weekends required. Starting wage is $12.25/Hour.

Library Aide (Part-Time, Adult Services)

Minerva Public Library is seeking a Library Aide to join our Adult Services team. This entry-level position provides an opportunity to assist community members at our public service desks, answer basic reference questions, help patrons with computers and technology, process circulation transactions, and maintain our collections. A high school diploma and prior customer service experience are required. This part-time position is scheduled for 8 to 19 hours per week, with evening and weekend availability required. Starting wage is $12.25/Hour.

Library Assistant (Part-Time, Adult Services)

Minerva Public Library is hiring a part-time Library Assistant to support our Adult Services team. In this role, you will assist patrons with reference questions, reader's advisory, and technology help; support adult programming and community events; perform circulation services. A high school diploma and prior customer service experience are required; prior library or public service experience is preferred. This position is scheduled for 20 to 29 hours per week, with evenings and Saturdays required. Starting wage is $12.25/Hour

Library Associate (Full-Time, Adult Services)

Minerva Public Library is looking for a full-time Library Associate to serve as a skilled, experienced member of our Adult Services team. Duties include providing advanced reference and reader's advisory services, assisting with adult programming, contributing to collection development and marketing, supporting library technology, and serving as staff member in charge when needed. A high school diploma and prior customer service experience are required; library experience and an associate's degree are preferred. This position is scheduled for 35 to 40 hours per week, with evenings and weekends required. A valid driver's license is also required. Starting wage is $12.50/Hour.
